Job Description

The Product Owner is responsible for representing the Business Owner's vision and needs and detailing the thinking behind the needs and requirements.


The AVP Digital Security Manager is responsible for the ideation, support, and reporting of the digital security landscape within the bank. The role holder will have close interaction with technology and fraud teams and will be required to represent the bank on digital security topics outside the bank with regulators and other interested parties.


This person must have the ability to keep up with the latest digital techniques while helping team members and the business better understand digital. The role holder must communicate progress to their team and communicate market changes in the digital security landscape to their respective business customers to enhance their understanding of digital opportunities.


Specialist experience in the following platforms and activities is critical to the role:


2 years or more of firsthand experience in driving digital security programs


Excellent planning and communication skills


Strong understanding of digital technologies and how to leverage them in a customer-focused environment


Passionate about digital customer experience and driving true differentiation and disruption within the banking sector


Experience in applying technologies to deliver digital security models in a customer-facing environment


Minimum 0 to 1 year of experience in a similar role with a proven track record


Strong written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills


Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company


Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
