Job Details To be primarily responsible for driving the growth of the squad by leading Space management To be the store employees and planner team advocate by listening and understanding them and addressing their needs in the form of solutions and products Work closely with different teams across brands and operations team to gather requirements, productize them, create a roadmap and groom and prioritize the backlogs Evangelize the product by working closely with various stakeholders, including the leadership team Build strong working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to achieve product goals Create the business case and map cost vs benefits Work closely with the solution design, engineering teams and vendors to identify solutions in this space, do the solution fitment analysis, and set up the phasing and implementation plan Strategize long-term goals for the squad while keeping a focus on the short-term focus areas that require attention Achieve these goals by integrating the technical, commercial and competitive context of the product Understand the stakeholder requirements and design products that ease operations, improve employee/People experience and increase retention Collaborate with technology teams to optimize the Squad's Sprint Backlog, removing any impediments to progress along the sprint Use MVPs and experiments to learn quickly and make data-driven decisions Communicate progress and key updates to stakeholders during monthly and quarterly reviews Use data and insights to create market-leading products Identify and implement external partnerships to bring new propositions to the market Assess in-market performance through product analytics and feedback; identify gaps or opportunities to strategically enhance product offerings Company Description Starting our global footprint with one store in Bahrain in 1973, Landmark Group is now 43 brands strong across 2200 stores in 21 countries in the Middle East, North Africa, India and a growing presence in South East Asia.
