Description: System / Business Analyst to work closely with the Development team and users to record the requirements, develop SRS and experienced in Software Change Management. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of relevant work experience and proven proficiency with System Analysis.

- Hands-on experience with software development and documentation, product roadmap, stories, requirements analysis.
- Solid knowledge of business information systems.
- Working knowledge of business software applications.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python, Java.
- Understanding of complex system architecture, AWS is a plus.
- Ability to explain technical details to the development team.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- A good problem-solving attitude.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Manage sprint grooming and retrospective.
