Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the collection, verification, and provision of data information and content materials before, during, and after product launch;

2. Collaborate with the team on daily data collection and analysis, collect and provide feedback on customers' issues and suggestions regarding the product, categorize and organize them, and communicate with relevant product owners;

3. Follow up on product usage performance and conversion improvement after product launch, and provide suggestions and support for product optimization through analysis of usage scenarios and user preferences;

4. During the product/project advancement process, advance data and materials as required, and conduct summarization and preliminary analysis;

5. Assist in completing the writing of product user manuals and training documents for end-users;

6. Support for some daily work

Job Requirements:

1. Have more than 1 year of experience in Internet and social media Product Operation, with preference given to those familiar with automotive Internet media and platforms;

2. Capable of sorting out operational indicators, analyzing the establishment and execution of analysis frameworks based on product design and operational objectives;

3. Proficient written and oral English communication skills; proficiency in Chinese or Arabic is preferred;

4. Has good skills in PPT and Word writing and presentation, is flexible in thinking, and has strong logical reasoning abilities;

5. Responsible, accountable, with strong execution ability, and possessing the capabilities and experience to drive work in complex environments;

6. Overseas experience, proficiency in Chinese, English, and Arabic preferred;

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
