About the Team
Information System is based on the needs of the company\'s internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.

• Responsible for designing ByteDance\'s travel system and developing a long-term plan for the product line;
• Responsible for investigating market products to stay abreast of industry trend;
• Write product requirement documents in English, coordinate with cross-functional teams and drive the requirement\'s developing, testing and launching;
• Participate in development of AI products, applying AI technology to travel products and facilitating the implementation of new product directions.
• Bachelor\'s degree or above, advantageous to have three years of experience in internet or enterprise management software products;
• A profound understanding of enterprise application products combined with a strong sense of ownership, innovation, self-driven and a results-focused mentality;
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear solutions, and to reach challenging goals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster trusted relationships with cross-functional teams to promote collaborative success.
