Job Description
Responsible for strategic oversight for pricing across the retail cards portfolio including overall pricing strategy
Assist with managing the end to end negotiated margin interest rate process, including loan pricing, collateral reviews and resolution of complex lending scenarios
Engage proactively with the Pricing team to ensure that products are appropriately priced
Develop the multi-platform consumer experience manifesto for National Small Business
Responsible for key system design and integration decisions
Translate requirements into concepts and elegant user experience design
Drive visual direction and strategy for prototyping and pilot efforts
Create interaction models, user task flows, screen designs, and UI details that promote ease of use and optimize the user experience
Responsible for the overall positioning and branding of the lending card portfolio
Collaborate across the organization to deliver differentiated client solutions that capture and reinforce the client relationship, optimize value for the Bank
