• Define the product strategy in addition to setting and communicating the vision to the relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify key product features and functionalities
• Collaborate with management and other stakeholders to determine product delivery approach including managing iterations for product releasesto ensure agile delivery
• Develop product acceptance criteria and conduct functional Testing of all products and services to ensure high levels of quality in deliverables
• Develop and support go to market strategies for key products
• Develop a clear product requirement roadmap throughout the Product lifespan
• Determines business needs through conducting market research, gap analysis, benchmarking with industry best practices, and feasibility studies
• Assessment of the market competition and dynamics by comparing and evaluating the company\'s product to competitors\' products.
• Determines commercial strategies and develops product pricing, cost and benefit analysis to deliver commercial value to the organization
• Employ analytics tools to track product usage, user behavior, and performance metrics to draw actionable insights to inform product decisions.
• Manage products during infancy phase through conceptualizing product ideas and developing demand outlines and business cases
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing product interfaces.
• Prioritize and manage product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of key features and releases.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and sales enablement materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
