Product Manager Specialty - Gulf

Dubai | United Arab Emirates (AE) | Full-time | Permanent

STADA Gulf is seeking a candidate who will be responsible for the effective deployment of local and global strategies for STADA\'s Specialty portfolio, will also provide execution leadership across all areas of marketing to achieve short-term and long-term brand sales and profit objectives.

Required Experience

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical brand management experience
• Previous experience managing Specialty Pharmaceutical Products, especially Neurology, Pain management products preferred
• Previous experience in Gulf Markets
• Omnichannel communication experience is preferred
• Experience working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluent in English and Arabic

Area of Responsibility

• Fully accountable to develop and execute marketing strategy including pricing, positioning, plans & tools for STADA\'s Specialty Portfolio brands
• Development of therapy area vision & strategy and further develop portfolio expansion by identifying new opportunities and preparing business cases including forecast and pricing, artwork development (along with regulatory team) and follow up on launch planning.
• Closely collaborate with sales, regulatory, finance, supply, and market access colleagues for complete ownership.
• Regular monthly field visits, support on KOL segmentation/ targeting and engagement, sales tracking, develop and deliver medical training, and other support for field team.
• Independently manage A&P budget planning and KPI driven execution of activities.
• Management of agencies & vendors for activities as per brand plan (example advisory boards, expert meetings, webinars, conferences, seminars etc)
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• This position is available to be based in STADA Dubai Office, will require travel across Gulf Markets

Technical Skills

• Excellent communication skills (English & Arabic)
• Strong financial capabilities and business acumen.

• Well-developed Power-Point, excel and analytical skills such as exposure to using IQVIA data to track performance and provide market insights.
• Experience working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Superb relationship, communication, negotiation skills in working with external stakeholders and internal business functions at all levels of seniority and different cultures.

Education

• Bachelor\'s degree in Medicinal / Pharmaceutical field
• MBA/ master\'s degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing or related field from a reputable university will be an advantage.
