Job Summary

The

Product Manager

is responsible for driving the development and success of products from ideation to launch and continuous improvement. Acting as the "CEO of the product," the Product Manager aligns product strategy with business goals, ensures it meets market demands, and works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that provide value to customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.

Conduct market research and user interviews to identify customer needs and market opportunities.

Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.

Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.

Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Monitor product performance and user feedback, leveraging data to drive decisions and improvements.

Lead product launches and coordinate go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales.

Ensure alignment and effective communication with all stakeholders across the organization.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Minimum 5 years of product management experience in the UAE market.

Previous experience working under a senior Product Manager or Product Director.

Demonstrated readiness to move into a senior role with increased ownership and responsibility.

Experience in agile development environments and product lifecycle management.

Proven success in delivering user-centric digital products or services.
