Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain and improve products and services offered by Soum by ensuring the implementation of an end-end product process from discovery to delivery.
• Engage with customers in every step of the way, continuously bridge the gap between the business and the customer, and actively center the products and services at hand around the customer
• Partner with design to ideate and wireframe new features that will be in the hands of Soum’s customers.
• Pare down an ideal feature to the minimum viable product and identify what’s essential for us to know if this is a good idea or not, and how we can limit cost and risk.
• Continuously detail and deliver high quality roadmaps and sprint backlogs with the corresponding prioritization and justification.
• Being ruthless in prioritization of the problem to tackle, the solution to test and the feature to deliver.
• Own the problem discovery, and work with teams across the organization for alignment, vetting and validation.
• Work with business leaders to help shape business cases, including ROI and impact analyses for product initiatives.
• Ensure that delivery of the product, its initiatives and features to the end-user matches the intended functionality.
• Drive product decisions based on a data-driven approach.
• Maintain an active feedback loop for shipped end-customer features.
• Understand complex technical issues, discern impact, and be able to communicate the situation with clarity in order to drive resolution.
• Work with operations, supply, customer service and growth teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
