Job Description

Job Summary:

The Product Manager / Product Specialist is responsible for defining, developing, and launching products that align with customer needs and business objectives. This role plays a critical part in shaping the product vision, driving innovation, and ensuring successful product lifecycle management across different stages.

Core Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Strategy

Define and maintain the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.

Market Research

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.

Product Development

Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to conceptualize and develop products.

Product Launch

Lead the planning and execution of product launches with effective go-to-market strategies.

Product Lifecycle Management

Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle--from introduction to growth, maturity, and eventual phase-out.

Additional Responsibilities:

Customer Feedback Analysis

Collect and evaluate customer feedback to drive continuous product improvements.

Competitor Analysis

Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market dynamics.

Pricing Strategy

Develop and manage pricing models in alignment with market conditions and business goals.

Product Positioning

Define and communicate the unique value proposition and market positioning of the product.

Performance Metrics

Track key performance indicators such as sales volume, revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in product management, product development, or a related field. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop actionable plans. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
