ZEMYD CAREERS We are seeking an experienced Product Manager for loans to join our partner bank in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in the UAE banking sector in banks with loan portfolios of AED 500 million or more. They should also have extensive experience in loan products, processes, distribution, and demonstrate skills in financial modeling, credit policy management, and a deep understanding of loan income and delinquency drivers

- Job Experience: Domain experience of more than 5 years in a bank with a portfolio of AED 500Mn or more, 8-15 years in handling loan products, processes and distribution, should have demonstrable experience of creating financial models and business proposals, should written, implemented and managed Credit policies, loan processing and attrition management activities from a product/business perspective, should have clear understanding of loan income and delinquency drivers
- Technical Expertise: Detailed understanding of loans P&L, detailed knowledge of Central Bank regulations around loans, detailed knowledge of cost drivers and measures to control costs, excellent written and oral communication skills, detailed understanding of risk and its mitigation, ability to write credit policies, detailed understanding of various distribution models including digital, thorough knowledge of Mortgage business, detailed understanding of Asset backed financing
- Project Expertise: Launch and growth of Loan portfolio, Data analytics, Customer segmentation, Attrition Management & End use-based loans
- Qualifications: MBA / Chartered Accountant/ CFA Candidates
