Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager to join our Product and Technology team. This is a key role responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of impactful digital solutions, supporting the organisation's broader commercial and operational priorities.


You will work across product discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement, engaging closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable product strategies. The role requires a strong understanding of enterprise software development, user experience design, and agile methodologies.

Key responsibilities

Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and design through to delivery, launch, and iteration Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritise features, and define roadmaps aligned with strategic goals Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with development timelines Work closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery of product features Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to inform product strategy Define and track product KPIs, leveraging insights to optimise performance and guide future development Prepare product documentation, including functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews) and support continuous improvement across product delivery processes

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a product ownership role Proven success delivering digital products in B2B SaaS, CRM, or enterprise software environments Strong background in product discovery, requirements analysis, and translating business needs into technical specifications. Familiarity with agile frameworks and product management tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience working in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment Knowledge of the real estate sector or PropTech platforms is desirable but not essential
