Education: MBA from a premier institute; University Degree essential
Experience: Minimum 3 years in FMCG Product Management
Job Summary:
The Product Manager will be responsible for preparing and executing marketing and brand-building strategies to achieve top-line and bottom-line targets. The role involves conducting market research and analysis, developing and implementing the marketing mix, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Target Achievement: Drive top-line and bottom-line growth through effective marketing planning, support, and execution.
Agency Management: Optimize the use of market research, advertising, and media agency resources.
Market Research & Analysis: Identify research needs, evaluate proposals, perform primary and secondary sales analysis, track competition, consumer trends, media, and profitability.
Marketing & Brand Strategy: Formulate short- and long-term strategies, prepare incremental marketing plans, and execute them effectively.
Marketing Mix Development: Implement all elements of the marketing mix in line with business plans, including:
Communication strategy (advertising and messaging)
Promotional plans (consumer promotions, trade promotions, merchandising, visibility initiatives)
Media planning
Packaging and pricing decisions
Product development initiatives
