Job Summary

We're growing our team and looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about innovation, client experience, and redefining luxury real estate.
In this role, you'll play a central part in turning bold ideas into high-performing real estate products that align with the company's vision and evolving market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and develop product concepts based on functionality, market trends, and client needs
- Monitor the Dubai residential and commercial real estate market
- Research customer behavior and translate insights into actionable product features
- Define clear technical and aesthetic requirements
- Plan and manage the entire product development process from concept to execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external consultants
- Ensure design and construction remain aligned with the approved product vision and quality standards
- Support marketing and sales with accurate and consistent product information

- Maintain internal product standards and organize structured data for future projects

Who You Are:

- You're strategic, creative, and detail-oriented. You understand how to turn research into results, and you're comfortable leading ideas from inception through execution.
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Management or Architecture.

- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry - either in sales, marketing, or analytics - focused on residential and/or commercial properties in the business, premium, or luxury segments.

- You've spent a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

- You have strong skills in graphic editing software, as well as tools like MS Project and Excel, which you use to conduct research, create sketches, and develop informed recommendations.
