About the Role
We are seeking an innovative and visionary Product Manager to join our team, focusing on enhancing our B2C app through best Customer Experience practices. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences and driving growth through creative features and strategies. As a Product Manager, you will lead the development of new features and services that captivate, engage and retain users, while ensuring consistent revenue streams for the company. You will identify customer needs, propose innovative solutions, and guide cross-functional teams to bring these ideas to life. By combining strategic thinking, customer insights, and data analytics, you will develop features that boost user engagement and monetization.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end ideation, product development, and launch of innovative features that leverage emerging technologies, including AI-driven capabilities, to enhance user engagement, elevate customer satisfaction, and strengthen the app's positioning.
• Conduct thorough market and customer research to identify trends, understand user needs, and monitor the competitive landscape.
• Work closely with and under the leadership of the Head of Product to define and execute the product vision and roadmap, collaborating with with UX/UI designers, engineers, data scientists, and other cross-functional team members to deliver exceptional user experiences and business impact.
• Develop and test prototypes to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Analyze performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback using data analytics and AI driven insights to inform product strategies and continuous improvements.
• Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and rapid learning, encouraging the adoption of tools and innovative approaches within the product development process.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer support and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless development, rollout, and adoption of new product initiatives and features.
• Monitor and report on the performance of new initiatives, adjusting strategies and features to ensure success.
• Champion the user experience by incorporating feedback, usability testing and personalization into product development, prioritizing features and improvements that align with user needs and business objectives.
• Regularly communicate with stakeholders to share product plans, progress, and outcomes ensuring alignment with business stakeholders. Gather feedback and adjust plans as necessary to meet business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, AI advancements, and testing technologies to continuously evolve product strategy and execution.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or related field, ideally within the tech sector.
• Proven track record as a Product Manager, particularly in launching innovative, consumer-facing digital products. Experience in lifestyle, hospitality, travel, food delivery, promotions, or similar apps, is considered an advantage.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving and product development.
• App, Web and DevOps technical knowledge is an advantage to understand the technical requirements for any given project, product and features.
• Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills, capable of motivating and guiding cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinker with a passion for developing new ideas that enhance the customer experience and drive revenue.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools and methodologies to inform decision-making.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proactive in tackling challenges and finding solutions.
• Passion for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies.
