Job Description
We are looking for a Product Manager who can join immediately and with at least 3 - 5 years' experience working in travel related industry.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.Experience:
Minimum3-5 years of experience
in product development, contracting, or operations within a travel agency, DMC, or tour operator.Destination Knowledge:
Strong understanding of key destinations (local and international), including hotels, attractions, and logistics.Contracting Skills:
Proven experience in supplier negotiations and building long-term partnerships.Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze market trends, product performance, and pricing strategies.Commercial Awareness:
Understanding of travel industry pricing structures, margins, and yield management.Systems:
Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Tourplan) and CRM or product management tools.Key Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Strategic thinker with attention to detail. Proactive, creative, and commercially driven mindset. Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance teams. Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage). Flexibility to travel for product research, contracting, or events.
