Job Description
Product Strategy & Development
Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings in jewellery manufacturing technology.Vendor & Supplier Management
Liaise with international machinery manufacturers and suppliers for product sourcing and technical specifications. Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards with suppliers.
Technical Support & Training
Provide technical guidance to sales and service teams regarding machine features and applications. Organize product demonstrations, client presentations, and technical training sessions. Support installation and commissioning of machines when required.
Sales & Marketing Support
Work closely with the sales team to develop product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional materials. Assist in preparing proposals, tenders, and quotations for customers.
Lifecycle Management
Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements. Plan for spare parts inventory, warranty, and after-sales support strategies. Define product roadmap, features, and specifications for machines such as casting, polishing, CNC, and finishing equipment. Identify new product opportunities and recommend product improvements.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
