We're launching a new company in

home services

and we're looking for someone who can

take ownership from day one

We're two founders with multiple businesses and we need a sharp, reliable and organised person who can help

set this business up, run it and keep it growing

. You'll also support us on key tasks across our other businesses when needed; so flexibility and curiosity are key.

This is not a corporate PM role with layers of structure. You'll be building relationships, creating systems, solving problems and shaping how things work on the ground.

What you'll be doing

Take the lead on

launching a home services platform

- from finding service providers to onboarding them into our system Handle day-to-day operations: communication, follow-up, admin and process improvement Build and manage a network of technicians and small businesses who partner with us Set up internal systems and processes to keep things running smoothly Coordinate with tech, legal, marketing and partners (with our support) Support the CEOs with other cross-company tasks as needed; you'll be a close right hand Ensure the business doesn't just start but

We think you'll thrive if you...

Have

some experience with business setup, startups or operations

in the UAE Are based in

Dubai

and familiar with how service businesses run here Are independent, structured and not afraid to take initiative or ask questions Have great communication skills - both with people and in writing Are fluent in

English

(Urdu or Arabic is a plus) Want to grow into a bigger role as the business expands Understand that you don't always have fixed working hours as a product owner

What you'll get

AED

8,000-10,000/month

depending on experience Real ownership and trust. You'll play a core role, not just execute tasks Hands-on mentorship and direct access to the founders Flexibility and variety - no two days will look the same Working hours:

Monday to Saturday, 9AM - 5PM
