Role Overview
You'll manage the
end?to?end lifecycle
of consumer electrical products--from market research and development to launch and performance tracking - ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Define strategy & roadmap
for lighting, fans, and wiring accessories.
Conduct market research
, competitive analysis, pricing, and demand forecasting.
Drive new product development
--work with R&D, design, testing, and packaging.
Launch & promote
products via trade and retail partners.
Monitor performance
--sales, profits, inventory; make adjustments as needed.
Manage product lifecycle
--plan phase?out of old products and introduction of new ones.
Collaborate
with supply chain, sales, marketing, and finance teams.
Own P&L
, track ROI, and run commercial performance analysis.
Requirements
5+ years
in product management for electrical, lighting, or hardware products.
Strong experience with
retail & trade channels
.
Proven track record of
launching products
and managing product lifecycles.
Comfortable with
P&L, forecasting, and pricing
strategies.
Hands?on experience leading
cross?functional teams
.
Familiar with
electrical standards/certifications
(e.g. CE, RoHS, ESMA).
Excellent
communication and organizational skills

Degree in engineering, business, or similar (MBA optional).
