Job Summary

Creating new products in line with the company's overall strategy and the needs of the target audience of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create ideas and hypotheses on the functional content of the product.

- Monitor clients trends.

- Conduct clients research, process the information obtained and form practical conclusions for use in product development.

- Analyze competitive offers.

- Prototype new solutions and form product requirements.

- Plan work on the product, prepare tasks and assign tasks to performers.

- Participate in the launch of the product.

- Work on product development.

- Control compliance of the developed product during the design and construction phases with the agreed and approved product solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in architecture, design, construction.

- Experience in the real estate market for at least 5 years (residential/non-residential real estate, class of objects: business/premium/luxury).

- Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years, experience and expertise in terms of development of development products, in the following areas: marketing analytics, sales, engineering (architecture, interior design, landscaping), service and management.

- AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, MS Project, Excel user, at a level sufficient for viewing the material, sketching, forming recommendations.

- English language skills at Advanced level.

- Additional education: management, economics, marketing.

- Ability to analyze, collect and interpret data and make decisions based on facts.
