Job Description
We are looking for a "Product Manager" with 10+ years of experience in Banking, Finance or Money Exchange domain preferably in FinTech. Requirement:
- Experience as Business Analyst, Project Manager and Architect preferably in FinTech.
- Experience in designing, developing and deploying enterprise-wide solutions in financial domain.
- Having knowledge in strategic planning, research and development.
- Experience in managing a department.
- Should have hands on experience in latest Technologies.
- Experience developing digital solutions for clients in the financial domain
- Identify business needs and deliver solutions in close partnership with line of business and technology, influence management on technical or business solutions.
- Obtain product feedback from market and business development team.
- Responsible for developing roadmap for next generation of products, Maintaining product materials and manuals.
- Manage process improvement initiatives to optimize operational effectiveness and efficiencies.
- Sound knowledge of cross border payments and anti-money laundering domain.
- Develop and execute communication strategies by collaborating with large, matrixed teams.
- Initiate action, make difficult decisions, and generate creative solutions, set goals and help others reach them.
- Design and Architect Products, Manage Product Portfolio, Prepare and present product business case, Develop and manage an offshore product development team.
- Managing Product Compliance / Approvals with CB/ Regulators / FTAs.
- Involve in Preparing Product Pricing, Support development of marketing materials for the product, Strategy Planning and ROI.
- Manage Software Architects, Senior Software Developers, UI/UX Designers and Product owner.
- Define and manage the product roadmap from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across different geographies, gathering and prioritizing business needs for system solutions.
- Work closely with the business development team for clients\xe2\x80\x99 requirement gathering and presales activities during the meetings.
- Building and creating partnerships with other software companies to expedite product roadmap.
