About the Role We are looking to onboard a passionate Product Manger to scale Lune's API & Analytics Products. Our APIs and Analytics are at the core of what we provide to our clients, enabling them to clearly analyze and leverage our enriched transactions to develop new products and serve their customers better. As one of our early employees, you'll be spearheading the development of new data-focused products that will help unlock the development of multiple use-cases. You will be pivotal incharting the future of Lune within the use-cases for our data analytics products. This is a product that not only serves financial institutions, fintechs and retailers but also serves the financial wellness of our communities. You will be focused on collaborating across multiple teams including engineering, design and product marketing to set a product strategy and execution plan that will deliver the best results both internally and externally - working hand-in-hand with multiple stakeholders including clients, partners and end-consumers. What you'll get to do... -Work indirectly and directly with customers to analyze their needs, and translate these needs into product vision and requirements. -Creating and evangelizing a product strategy, roadmaps, project plans, and clear product specifications that consistently deliver quality products. -Bringing shape to nebulous product spaces, and building experiences from zero to one. -Collect and analyze requirements from all stake holders: management, operations, sales, marketing. -Define and communicate requirements for engineering teams and customers including writing detailed product specifications, user stories, wireframes, technical, and analytical specifications. -Become an expert in all the product aspects (look & feel, flows, features, users, industry - competitors). -Together with the Engineering manager, take part in and run the team's day-to-day activities, such us retros, refinements and plannings. -Be responsible for market research for your markets and become the expert of those (including e.g. gaining a deep understanding for the bank user flows in the market). You'll do it using your... -2+ years' experience in product management, with demonstrated experience successfully building and shipping products that drive meaningful customer impact. -End-to-end experience building new products or substantial features, including successful ideation, discovery, definition, and delivery. -Experience of working with engineering teams and understanding of what APIs are. -Experience partnering with go-to-market teams to drive adoption and scale of your products. -Excellent organizational and decision-making skills- entrepreneurial experience is a plus. -Knowledge of the importance of data in making key decisions across the organization.
