Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Formation of a database of translations into the necessary languages, for all products. And in the products themselves and in the applications and in the packaging and in the instructions
• Analysis of markets, competitive environment, changes in legislation in the countries of presence
• Communication with software vendors on technical issues, compatibility, special conditions
• Providing technical information about products for related departments
• Participation in negotiations with service providers, IT and component in their area of responsibility
• Conclusion and control of contracts, specifications, technical specifications with partners (suppliers/manufacturers)
• Getting the best conditions from existing partners. Search for new factories and partners in PRC
• Development of a project for local production (Argentina, India) of the company's product
• R&D testing, component and product design
• MVP Formation
• Generation of ideas and hypotheses on the functional content of the product
• Formation of requirements and technical specifications for the development and modification of products, participation and coordination of the work of the development team
• Analysis of competitive offers on technical and software components
• Prototyping new solutions and forming product requirements for technical and functional components
• Creation of new products in accordance with the overall strategy of the company and the needs of the target audience of consumers/partners
• Constant search for points of improvement of products
• Tracking the assortment, technologies and functionality of competitive offers, as well as consumer preferences and trends
• Planning of work on the product, preparation of technical specifications and distribution of tasks by performers (factories, designers, service, localisation, IT, etc)
• Control of acceptance of development results, control of the process of elimination of detected inconsistencies
• Adaptation of product lines taking into account legislative requirements, standards and other features of the territorial markets of presence
• Implementation of permanent contacts with the IT department in order to obtain statistical information on controlled goods and product groups
• Ensuring the best commercial, technical and functional conditions on the part of partner companies
• Holding meetings with clients (together with the sales department) for the presentation of goods (technical part), technical support sessions and solving customer problems, etc
• Analysis of the peculiarities of regional markets and the construction of a product line taking into account these specifics
• Search for new products in global markets
• Search for factories and partners for packaging, accessories, stickers, etc.
• Control of schedules, deadlines and quality of production, installation of software, packaging, instructions, stickers, etc.
• Formation of technical specifications for the manufacturer, according to product specifications, for different regions
• Quality control and timing of the logistics route of shipments of goods, customs crossing. Door to door
• Conclusion and control of contracts, specifications, technical specifications with partners (suppliers/manufacturers)
• Calculation of the cost of goods. Including-for specific countries
• Formation of production orders
• Inventory accounting, control of product residues and effluents
• Formation of the primary assortment line
• Organisation and control of component deliveries from various suppliers to the final manufacturing plant
• Execution of applications for payment to suppliers of goods, provision of documents for making payments, control of settlements with suppliers
• Providing information about the movement of goods, stock availability, production/arrival dates - for related departments
• Control of turnover of commodity groups
• Determining the minimum size of the inventory balances of goods and ensuring the availability of the required quantity of goods in the company's warehouse
• Development, together with sales managers, of sales tactics, pricing for specific products and product groups, preparation of a sales forecast

Requirements:

• Fluent Chinese, fluent English
• Experience in purchasing goods in Asia from 3 years
• Understanding (based on experience) the specifics of production, logistics, sales of complex technical goods
• Experience in analysing product advantages and comparing with competitors
• Experience of foreign economic activity. From ordering goods at the factory to delivery to the warehouse
• Experience in production control, logistics, implementation of changes in products (technically complex goods)
• Experience in customisation of product lines for different countries/regions, taking into account regional specifics (frequencies, localisation, configuration, certification, etc.)
• Knowledge of analytics tools, the ability to compare their products with competitors
• Result-oriented and resilient.
