Job Overview: At grubtech, we offer innovative products that meet the requirements of a wide range of customers in the F&B industry across the globe. For us to maintain our steady growth, we need experts in product management to find customer needs and wants, prioritize them based on business objectives and make sure the development and launch of products are aligned with the plans. Responsibilities and Duties:
Analyze consumer needs and current market trends from an ROI perspective
Analyze product requirements and make sure a healthy backlog is always being maintained across the team
Making highly informed prioritization and tradeoff decisions with engineering and other stakeholders
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering and design teams
Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
Plan the roll-out of the products and features and make sure everyone is informed and onboarded with the timeline and plan
Measure and track the impact of launched products on the business objectives and align the future developments with the achieved findings
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, industrial engineering, or other relevant majors
2 - 4 years of experience in a product management role
Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
Experience in successfully delivering products using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Highly effective cross-functional team management
Data-driven decision-making expertise
Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
Proficiency in wireframing (Miro, Balsamiq, InVision, etc.) and software tracking and documentation (Jira, Confluence, etc.) tools and Microsoft Office suite
Experience in working with data analysis tools is preferred
Skilled in building consensus among the stakeholders
