Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Product Manager

with strong expertise in

animal feed, fodder, and agricultural products

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing product strategies that support the company's growth in the animal nutrition and grass/agriculture segments. This role requires a deep understanding of livestock nutrition, feed formulations, crop management, and market trends in the agriculture and livestock industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement product strategies for animal feed, fodder and agricultural inputs. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and product improvements. Manage the product lifecycle - from concept and development to launch, marketing, and performance analysis. Work closely with nutritionists, agronomists, and production teams to ensure product quality and innovation. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, promotional campaigns, and training materials. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, profitability, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and key stakeholders in the agriculture and livestock sectors.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Agribusiness, or related field

.

5+ years

of experience in product management within the

animal feed, forage, or agricultural inputs

industry. Strong technical understanding of livestock nutrition and forage management. Proven ability to manage multiple products and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Familiarity with agricultural market trends and rural distribution networks.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with feed formulation software or farm management systems. Knowledge of sustainability trends in agriculture and livestock nutrition. Business development or sales background in the agriculture sector.
