Acute and Legacy portfolio (Primary care) is operating in GSK with 49 Mn pound across gulf countries. This portfolio is expected to grow with double digit in 2023. \xc4\xb0t comprises of acute portfolio like AI, Allergy and Derma besides urology portfolio with legacy of +40 years. This portfolio is a mix of hybrid model and some portfolios are commercially managed with commercial trade channel teams.

• Drive roadmap for acute portfolio by developing strategic plan and tactical plan.
• Development of marketing and promotional mix to meet Product objectives and customer needs.
• Creates and delivers omnichannel Marketing plans appropriate to the life cycle of Products
• Accurate management of budgets for Products.
• Full accountability for Product and delivery of all marketing activities related to it and insure the flawless execution of the cross-functional Tactical plans .
• Understanding and use of marketing principles to deliver to customer needs
• Monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective action as required to meet business objectives.
• Disease and market understanding to develop customer insights through appropriate techniques/tools
• Monitor the delivery of marketing messages through Field force
• Forecast logic for market potential and ability to build story around the forecast.

Minimum Requirements

• 
  1-3 years marketing / Product management experience in pharmaceutical companies.
• Successful records in driving strategically a product to achieve its ambition.
• Omnichannel marketing experience is preferable.
• Acute portfolio experience is preferable
• Gulf experience is a preferable
