Job Description

PRIMARY PURPOSE: - Creatives and should be fully equipped with management skills in order to ensure delivery of all products roadmaps. S/he facilitates all the tools and knowledge required for the relevant teams to function smoothly and deliver on time. - Challenges all teams on their respective products when not active (proactively penetrating the target markets) and on their operational requests when received (reactive support). s/he is strong with R&D, storytelling, key messaging for each product and guides the entire journey for each products cycle. - Experts in the domain. Guides, mentors and monitors the overall products activities based on the market trends and requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for the products business-planning and execution throughout the products journeys. - Gathering and prioritizing products and clients' requirements defining the priorities for each product to ensure revenue and client satisfaction. - Coordinates with concerned functions to develop and enhances clients' journey for each product. - Devises and delivers clear activities supporting the enhancement of products visibility in target markets (locally and internationally). - Leads the research on the market insights to offer the products in areas not covered yet. - Creates the roadmap to guide products journeys bridging the gap between the different functions meet clients' expectations and grows market share. - Analyses market data to develop sales strategies and define each products' objectives for effective communications plans. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCE: - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration. - A minimum of 5 years' experience in product development post. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Deep knowledge of clients' journeys with products. - Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent services and / or products.
