Understand data & look for insights:

• Know what metrics to measure for your product’s success
• Monitor and measure product launch/usage to bring insights back into the product development process

• Understand dependencies, both technically and operationally, and clear roadblocks for your team
• Project management, backlog management, feature mock-ups, product recommendations and product testing
• Know what’s important and prioritize
• Launch and learn: launch product features fast to deliver on company goals, and constantly learn and improve for the next iteration

• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, international standards and related G42 Policies and Procedures.
• Comply with G42 Acceptable Use Policy, attend mandatory information security, privacy, business continuity and HSE trainings.
• Report information security, HSE etc. incidents or suspect incidents through G42 established incident reporting channels.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and classify and handle information ad per G42 Policies and Procedures

• Understand the user –not just what they ‘say’ but intuitively knowing their pain points
• Experience working in a small-medium, product-focus company
• Previous extensive experience working in AI based projects
• User-focused: empathize and understand the user paint-point, while maintaining clarity of the value our products provide to the users
• Strong product delivery experience: understand the fundamentals of agile methodologies, MVP, dependencies and deliverables; day-to-day you will work with the Engineer team to build your product.
• Healthy attention to detail: know which details are important
• UX / design experience: know how to design basic features using software like InVision, Proto.io, Balsamiq or Sketch
• Education: Bachelor’s degree is required. Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is highly preferred.
