We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of an internal recruitment and hiring platform. The role focuses on building practical systems that improve hiring workflows, automation, and overall candidate experience.
You will work closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to turn complex problems into scalable, usable solutions in a fast-changing, low-structure environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own and develop internal hiring and recruitment systems
Define product requirements and workflows based on real operational needs
Work directly with software engineers to deliver functional solutions
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and translate them into system improvements
Manage product scope end-to-end with a focus on impact over process
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Manager
Strong understanding of software systems and product development
Experience working closely with engineering teams
Ability to operate with ambiguity and take initiative
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Preferred
Experience with internal tools, platforms, or workflow-based systems
Background in recruitment platforms, HR systems, or automation
