Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
Conduct product training sessions for internal teams, installation technicians, and external partners. Provide hands-on demonstrations of products, system setup, and installation procedures. Develop and deliver onboarding training for new team members on product knowledge and company standards.
Training Content & Documentation
Prepare training materials such as manuals, guides, presentations, and videos. Continuously update training content based on new products, upgrades, or feedback. Ensure accuracy and clarity of all product information shared with trainees.
Product Knowledge & Support
Maintain a strong understanding of all company products, features, and technical specifications. Act as a subject matter expert for product-related queries from staff or installers. Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback and support.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure installation teams follow company standards and best practices. Conduct site visits when required to observe installations and reinforce training outcomes. Work closely with Quality, Operations, and Technical Support teams to align training content with actual field requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
