Responsible for developing products and solutions in the M2M connectivity domain focusing on the Health and Agriculture vertical sector including for Business customers, this includes the responsibility of end-to-end product creation and support especially for industry customers, Go to Market including Market analysis for the M2M product portfolio, product positioning in various verticals , Business development for products like M2M that may include new business models, Pricing, Planning, sales channels, Processes, and support Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Requirement Gathering:
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer pain points and connectivity requirements. Analyze customers business and operations requireements to identify opportunities for Health and Agriculture sector.
2.Solution Development:
Work closely with health regulators agencies to create tailored health services solutions that integrate with hospitals' existing IT ecosystems. Working on project initiaitves for emerging use cases in remote patient monitoring solutions including werables for chronic patients.
3.Customer Alignment:
Lead customer engagements to finalize solution architectures, provide technical guidance, and address potential integration challenges.
4.Technical Presentations & Proposals:
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and technical proposals that effectively communicate the value and feasibility of existing utility solutions and go beyond connectivity. End to end proposals including existing infrastructure and upgrades required documentation.
5.Vendor Engagement:
Manage relationships with vendors to source appropriate devices and platforms especially for target verticals . Participate in RFP processes to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality deliverables. Experience with building partnerships with hosiptals
6.Collaboration with Sales Teams:
Support sales teams throughout the sales cycle by providing technical insights, assisting in deal closures, and addressing customer concerns.
7.Market Insights:
Expertise on industrial trends and requirements within the transport sector and understanding industry regulations, regulatory frameworks and upcoming policies
8.Training & Knowledge Sharing:
Provide technical training to sales and pre-sales teams. Share insights and best practices to enhance their ability to sell end to end smart utilities connectivity solutions.
Qualifications:
Education: Post-Graduation/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology or related fields
Experience: 5-10 years' experience in pre-sales, solution design, and customer engagement, with a focus on telecommunications and Industy vertical integration.
