Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic

Product Developer & Design Executive

to be a key touchpoint for our customers, providing them with the latest industry insights, trend inspiration, and competitor analysis. This role blends

design, product development, marketing, and customer service

-- ensuring our clients receive not only great products but also the creative direction to keep them at the forefront of fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main contact for customers on product direction, trends, and market insights. Research and present the latest fashion trends, competitor analysis, and inspiration relevant to each client. Develop mood boards, print concepts, and product ideas tailored to client needs. Source fabrics, trims, and other materials to meet customer specifications. Collaborate with customers to understand their brand, target audience, and seasonal direction. Maintain strong fabric knowledge across multiple bases to advise and support customer choices. Sell creative concepts and product ideas effectively through strong presentations. Listen closely to customer feedback to refine designs and product direction. Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience in the fashion industry, ideally in a design or buying role. Strong knowledge of product development processes Excellent understanding of fabrics, trims, and garment construction. Strong trend research and presentation skills. Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills. Ability to sell ideas and concepts with confidence and creativity. Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage. A background in sales or account management is a plus.
