Functional Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepares final Packaging design \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepares final Layout design \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains all updated files for the creative services team, functioning as a Library keeper \xe2\x80\xa2 Finalizing files and artworks for all the jobs with pixel perfection and speed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Adapting artworks into many sizes \xe2\x80\xa2 Incorporate quick changes recommended by the clients into the final design within the constraints of time \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensures all work produced adheres to specified corporate guidelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare file for printing upon request; identify the size and the form with customer\xe2\x80\x99s file. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop graphics and material for presentations upon art director request \xe2\x80\xa2 Carries out work as briefed, unless variations to brief are requested. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with the creative team of art directors and designers \xe2\x80\xa2 Prioritises work in order to meet deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensures work is checked and signed off before releasing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Retouches images when necessary.

Requirements

• A Bachelor degree in a relevant creative discipline, i.e. graphic Design, design \xe2\x80\xa2 Has at least 5-7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in artworks adaptations and finalization for Printing press \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand the value of color, materials, and finishes as it applies to design \xe2\x80\xa2 Creative, Flexible. - High attention to details \xe2\x80\xa2 Time management skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Show the ability to perform well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment

The supply of innovative modern designs of Abayas and Sheilas are done at the manufacturing arm (88,000 sqft) of the Group in Al Ain Industrial Area. Other than supplying to the retail outlets the Group also exports to countries across the GCC and Egypt.
