We're looking for a Product Designer who can translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile SaaS products Translate product requirements and business needs into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers from concept to delivery Design intuitive experiences for complex operational workflows Maintain and evolve Serva's design system and UI consistency Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback Ensure designs align with product goals, technical constraints, and timelines

Requirements

2-4 years of experience as a Product Designer (SaaS experience is a strong plus) Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and UI execution Ability to design complex systems with clarity and simplicity Experience working with product teams in fast-paced environments Strong communication and collaboration skills Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools) Arabic and English proficiency

Nice to Have

Experience designing B2B or enterprise SaaS platforms Familiarity with design systems and component-based design Experience in mobility, fleet management, logistics, or fintech products * Understanding of user research and usability testing methods
