Job Description

As Lendo continues to expand, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Associate Intern to support the growth of our digital lending platform. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the customer and business experience by assisting with product development, gathering feedback, and ensuring our solutions meet user needs. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to improve features, resolve challenges, and contribute to building innovative financial products that empower SMEs and investors alike.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to define product requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Conduct research on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor products to identify new opportunities. Support the creation and management of product roadmaps, including feature prioritization and sprint planning. Develop wireframes, process flows, and functional specifications to clearly communicate ideas. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high-quality and timely product releases. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), validate product functionalities, and support QA processes. Analyze product metrics and user feedback to help drive continuous improvement. Assist in preparing documentation, presentations, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to the launch of new products and features, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with data and translate insights into action. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. Interest in fintech, digital lending, or SME finance. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) is a plus. * A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
