What will be your responsibilities?

• Oversee and manage the production process for multiple brand film projects (commercial and corporate).
• Collaborate with writers, directors, and other production staff to develop and create film concepts.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Hire and manage production crew, including directors, camera operators, and sound technicians.
• Coordinate pre-production, production, and post-production activities, including location scouting, casting, and editing.
• Ensure that all projects adhere to quality control standards and meet deadlines.
• Work closely with marketing and distribution teams to ensure that completed films are marketed effectively.
• Travel to location to work on set when necessary.
• Ensure the project\xe2\x80\x99s budget is kept and recon it after wrap.
• Work closely with higher management to ensure quality control and financial reporting.

Requirements What is required from the role?

• Atleast 5+ years of experience in film production.
• Experience of working in the MENA/GCC for clients
• Proven track record of successful film productions.
• In-depth knowledge of all aspects of film production, including writing, directing, cinematography, and editing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Availability to travel when the project requires it.
• Passion for creating compelling content and the ability to inspire others to do the same.
• Bachelor\'s degree in film, media production, or a related field is preferred.
