Act as the company's primary contact with all government departments, including MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, Dubai Municipality, and others.
Manage all documentation required for visas, labor permits, company licenses, and other legal requirements.
Facilitate new employee visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID applications.
Legal & Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all company operations comply with UAE labor, immigration, and commercial laws.
Track updates and changes to government regulations and inform management of any impact.
Handle company trade license renewals, amendments, and establishment card renewals.
Administrative Support:
Prepare and organize all documents related to PRO activities.
Manage attestation, notarization, and translation of legal documents as required.
Support HR and admin teams with government-related queries and processes.
Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with government departments and officials.
Represent the company in meetings with regulatory authorities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in a similar role within the UAE.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and government portals.
Fluency in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written).
