Working within our delivery and risk support function we are looking for expressions of interest for two Procurement Support Specialists to join the team to help support with supply management duties. Based from our Dubai office (other locations could be considered) you will be expected to carry out the following duties:-
As a successful candidate, you will have already provided services within a support function within the business and be experienced in documentation support and have knowledge of various client portals such as SAP, Ariba, Oracle and Fusion. Ideally you will have some knowledge of reviewing contracts in a systemized fashion and will be proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. The ability to monitor and manage mailbox\xe2\x80\x99s would also be highly advantageous. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone wanting to move into field of procurement.

- Processing Letter of Awards and Non-Disclosure agreements through the Contract Document Review System
- Formatting of documents, using a variety of templates
- Review, processing and filing of Invoices
- Collecting submitted opportunities and uploading to SharePoint for future reference
- Maintain assigned task planner
- Approving documentation via correct authorized signatures and stamps for proposals and correspondence
