We are looking for a
Procurement Officer
to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate should have at leastone year of experience in procurement within the UAE
, strong negotiation skills, and a good understanding of supply chain management.Key Responsibilities:
Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements. Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability. Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials. Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other procurement-related activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations. Coordinate with project teams to understand material and equipment needs. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
. Minimum1 year of procurement experience in the UAE
, preferably in the construction industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of local suppliers and market trends. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency inMS Office
and procurement software. UAE driving license is an advantage.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
