Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement of materials, equipment, and services for construction projects. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality. Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and maintain accurate procurement records. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to forecast requirements. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment. Conduct market research and supplier assessments to identify reliable sources. Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and construction standards. Assist in cost analysis, budgeting, and reporting procurement performance to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. Minimum 5-7 years of procurement experience in UAE, preferably in the construction industry. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, and UAE market suppliers. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nationality: Asian preferred.
