Procurement Specialist
Job Description
Dluxe Car Care is a growing premium automotive service center specializing in detailing, protection, and advanced car care solutions. We're looking for a Procurement Specialist to help streamline our purchasing operations and ensure timely availability of high-quality materials and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and purchase materials, tools, and consumables related to car care and workshop operations.
Maintain inventory levels, track stock movement, and manage vendor relationships.
Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery terms with suppliers.
Coordinate with operations and service teams to forecast needs.
Ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures and documentation.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Procurement or Purchasing Officer (minimum 2 years).
Preferred: Background in automotive or car care industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Familiar with inventory systems and supplier management.
Fluent in English is must ; ( Arabic - Hindi ) is a plus.
