Job Title: Procurement Specialist (English & Chinese Speaking)

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing mining hardware, managing vendor relationships, negotiating pricing, and coordinating logistics with suppliers--primarily in China. You will work closely with our operations and sales teams to ensure timely equipment procurement that meets client and operational needs.

Responsibilities:

Source and procure crypto mining hardware from international suppliers.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Coordinate shipping, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery.

Maintain inventory oversight and track purchase orders.

Develop and manage relationships with vendors and manufacturers.

Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement with hosting schedules.

Monitor global supply trends in mining equipment and technology.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

3+ years of procurement experience, preferably in hardware or electronics.

Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).

Strong understanding of international logistics and trade regulations.

Proficiency with procurement software or ERP systems.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred:

Experience with crypto mining hardware procurement.

Familiarity with customs procedures and Incoterms.

Additional language skills (e.g., Arabic, Hindi) are a plus.
