The ideal candidate will ensure the timely sourcing of high-quality fruits and vegetables at competitive prices, maintain supplier relationships, and monitor market trends to ensure optimal inventory and pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure fresh fruits and vegetables from reliable suppliers and local farms.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Monitor produce quality and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Conduct regular market visits and vendor assessments.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and minimize wastage through effective planning.
- Forecast demand based on seasonal trends and customer buying patterns.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and update procurement records, invoices, and contracts.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market fluctuations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local procurement regulations.
