We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing activities for construction projects. The role involves sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining cost efficiency in line with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors Prepare purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies Coordinate with project, engineering, and site teams to meet material requirements Monitor delivery schedules and resolve supply-related issues Maintain accurate procurement records and reports Ensure quality, cost control, and timely availability of materials
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum
5-7 years
of procurement experience in construction projects Strong knowledge of construction materials and local suppliers Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills Experience working in Qatar or GCC is preferredSalary & Benefits:
Salary:
QAR 7,000 - 8,000 (Full Package)
