Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Candidates currently residing in Abu Dhabi only may apply)

Reports to: Procurement Manager / Supply Chain Head

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist with strong expertise in SAP and Ariba systems to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring timely sourcing, negotiation, and delivery of goods and services in line with company policies and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full procurement cycle -- from requisition to purchase order and delivery follow-up.

Handle vendor sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding in compliance with company and client standards.

Prepare and process purchase requests (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) using SAP and Ariba.

Conduct price analysis and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective and timely delivery.

Coordinate with internal departments for procurement requirements and approvals.

Maintain accurate procurement documentation, contracts, and reports in the ERP system.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements.

Track supplier performance and maintain positive vendor relationships.

Support in identifying process improvements for procurement efficiency.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of procurement experience (preferably in oil & gas, construction, or industrial sector).

Hands-on experience in SAP and Ariba procurement modules is mandatory.

Strong understanding of sourcing, vendor management, and purchase-to-pay processes.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Candidates must be currently based in Abu Dhabi.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.
