Touq Group is a growing UAE-based company with specialized divisions in property services, facility management, and general contracting (Ghanoon General Contracting). We handle maintenance, fit-out projects, and comprehensive facility solutions across Abu Dhabi and beyond.

We are looking for a Procurement Officer to join our team and support day-to-day procurement operations across both Touq Property Services and Ghanoon General Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the procurement team in sourcing, requesting, and securing materials for maintenance and fit-out projects. Draft, review, and issue LPOs (Local Purchase Orders) accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials. Manage and assign drivers for material pick-ups and site deliveries. Maintain proper documentation of purchases, supplier records, and quotations. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures. Liaise between the operations, site teams, and suppliers to support smooth project execution.
Requirements

Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the construction, fit-out, or facility management industry. Strong communication and coordination skills. Must be fluent in English and either Urdu or Hindi (spoken and written). Knowledge of procurement software, MS Office, and standard LPO formats is a plus. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.
