JOB DESCRIPTION:

Receiving and reviewing purchase requests from units, and ensuring all required approvals are completed before including them in the procurement plan.
Preparing requests for price quotations or tenders using the approved templates, and publishing them via the government procurement portal.
Participating in negotiation sessions to ensure the best commercial terms and required quality, and documenting negotiation minutes.
Reviewing all documentation to ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and documenting any justified exceptions.
Updating the monthly procurement dashboard (number of requests, value, cycle time) and presenting it to the head of department.
