Role and responsibilities: . Assist in preparing the purchase orders. . Assist in ensuring that ERP procurement policy and procedures are applied and respected . Follow up with suppliers to obtain quotations on time. . Keep the vendor list and property report updated on a monthly basis . Check deliveries of purchased goods on the field. . Assist in ensuring purchases are done on time with an inventory checkup. . Document control, archiving and scanning. Required Competencies: . Good communication skills . Any Nationality, a good Level of English . Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
