Greetings!

We require an experienced

Procurement / Purchase Executive

for our company.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Zero Delays on Site due to Delayed Procurement. Ensure 90%+ adherence to Procurement Milestones, and ensure synchronization with Site for Organized Delivery without maintaining excess Inventory.

Maintenance of Accurate, Comprehensive and LIVE LOGs for all Purchase Requisitions -> Quotes -> Expense Approvals -> PO's -> GRN's -> Payments

Ensuring Consistent Quote Comparisons of varied vendors is done for relevant items- showing Apple to Apple Comparisons- to ensure Procurement costs are optimized. Ensure costs are consistently in budgets and in line with Industry Parameters.

Ensure Zero Deviation from Assigned Budgets, and BOM's - for Procurement of Projects or Support Department Procurement.

Ensure All Vendor Relations are managed to for a Comfortable Working Relationship between Sites and Vendors. Vendors to have strong levels of trust with the Organization. (Reviews to be taken from Vendors for their Experience with the company- Avg Score to be greater than 90%)

Ensure all Terms and conditions are negotiated carefully to: - cover all commercial loopholes - get favorable payment and credit terms - provide superlative customer service during our projects

Ensure Minimum 2+ new vendors in a month Ensure Pricing from Suppliers is consistently optimized.

Arrange Materials in compliance with the specifications and within the allocated Budget. Ensure all the materials submissions are done with the required documents such as COO, Test reports, TDS, SDS, Etc

For Items without Particular specifications, Ensure the samples/Mock up/Material submittals are arranged from atleast 3 different sources for selection

Experience: 5+ Years

Experience of Luxury Interiors / Luxury Fitouts in Villas, Palaces, Mansions etc

Location: Dubai, UAE.

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
